Bunnie Xo is opening up following news of her divorce from Jelly Roll after 10 years of marriage.

On her latest Dumb Blonde podcast aired on Thursday, Bunnie, 46, discussed their IVF journey and the hardships they faced along the way. She said the experience “wrecked” her “emotionally, spiritually, physically.”

“My hat goes off to any woman, family, couple who is going through IVF because let me tell you something, dude,” she said. “That is one of the loneliest, darkest journeys you will be on.”

“It was so hard on me that for the past year and a half, I became a shell of the person I was because I’m doing these IVF journeys,” Bunnie added. “I’m fighting hard just to be able to produce enough eggs to make a baby with my husband, especially at my age.”

She also said that because the country star, 41, had a “low sperm count,” he “had to get on a bunch of hormones and a whole bunch of medication, which turned him into a freaking nightmare to be around.”

Eventually, the constant roadblocks on their IVF journey took a toll on them both. “I’ve never talked about this, but Jay and I have lost four embryos,” Bunnie shared. “We’ve had three transfers, but we lost the two twins that we were gonna try to have, and then we lost the other two. And anybody that’s going through that and has to deal with these miscarriages — it’s gut-wrenching.”

During the episode, Bunnie said that they are still planning to have a baby together.

“That’s my fucking best friend, dude. Like, I love him,” she said. “You guys are going to be shocked to hear this, but we’re still having a baby … We have been the most unconventional couple that you guys have ever encountered.”

While Bunnie said that most people are “hung up on our past and what we built together,” their “future is so much more important and being happy and healthy and best friends through this is probably the biggest gift that we could have given each other.”

Bunnie and Jelly Roll tied the knot at a Las Vegas chapel in 2016. He proposed to her during a show in Sin City and his exact words were reportedly, “Will your fine ass marry my white trash ass tonight in Las Vegas?”

Throughout his rise in the music industry, Jelly Roll often credited Bunnie with being a crucial anchor in his life. As she continued her career in sex work, Bunnie helped Jelly Roll finance musical projects like 2017’s Addiction Kills, and secure custody of his daughter from another marriage. (In 2022, following the success of her podcast, Bunnie quit sex work and shut down her OnlyFans.) Tearing up in a 2023 interview, Jelly Roll recalled how Bunnie also helped him get a condo so that his daughter could have a place to live and go to a good school.

Seven years after their wedding in Vegas, Jelly Roll and Bunnie returned to the same chapel to renew their vows. “7 years ago my wife and stumbled into a little chapel in Las Vegas,” Jelly Roll wrote on Instagram at the time. “7 years later we walked into that same little chapel and renewed our vows … my only regret on the night we got married was I never got to see her in a dress…. We made that right. I may have never gave my wife the wedding she truly deserved but I plan on giving her the life she deserves for the rest of it. I love you more anything mama bear. You are my anchor.”

Chris Brown Dog-Mauling Trial Delayed Over Mistrial

Chris Brown was seated at the defense table in a Los Angeles courtroom on Tuesday, poised to testify at his dog-mauling trial, when the judge declared a mistrial due to juror misconduct.

“Unfortunately, one of the jurors has violated my admonitions against searching the internet for information, and not only that, but he also shared it, and as a consequence, I have to declare a mistrial,” Judge Huey P. Cotton said. After the panel left, he told the lawyers to remain and they would start picking a new jury from a pool already assembled downstairs.
