2025 was a big year for the Trudeau boys. Justin, the former Prime minister of Canada, started dating megastar Katy Perry after a date in Montréal, while his son Xavier launched his music career under the name Xav.

The aspiring musician recently sat down with content creator G Hobs to test Drake's new OVO Meal collab with McDonald's. In the short clip, the pair talk about Drake, and Xav explains he has met the 6 God a few times.


''First time was at a Raptors game'', he said. More recently, he added, he was invited to Drake's son Adonis' birthday party in Toronto. ''I introduced myself, and he was like, 'Oh, yeah, I've listened to your music, keep doing your thing''', Xav said.

He also talked about his new stepmother, Katy Perry, whom he describes as 'cool' and 'nice'. ''We talked for hours, talking about my music'', though he concedes he never spoke with her about her trip to space.

The 18 year-old released his debut EP, When Does it End?, last summer.

Who Will Be Attending and Teaching at Kai Cenat’s Streamer University?

After a bit of a hiatus, mega streamer Kai Cenat is back with his flagship program, Streamer University, and for the second consecutive year, he’ll unite a new class of creators for an experience designed to inspire, educate, and equip the next generation of streamers. Cenat made his live-stream return on Monday night (July 6) and officially announced the 2026 roster of students and staff on his YouTube and Twitch channels.

This year, Cenat recruited several of his celebrity friends, including Lizzo and T-Pain, to join the 26-person staff as professors, club directors, and more. Streamer University accepted 120 students for the Class of 2026, which includes familiar faces like former Disney star Skai Jackson, Love Island USA contestant Jeremiah Brown, and rapper-turned-streamer DreamDoll.

Ex-NFL Star and Podcaster Marcellus Wiley Arrested for Domestic Battery

Marcellus Wiley was arrested Saturday on a charge of domestic battery, the latest in a series of legal issues against the former football player-turned-podcaster.

An inmate search confirms that Wiley was booked into Orange County Corrections in Orlando, Florida on the Fourth of July on one count of domestic battery, where he remained at press time pending his court hearing. TMZ first reported news of Wiley’s arrest, the details of which have not been revealed.

Over the years, the songs that provide a soundtrack to the World Cup have become a significant part of the tournament, almost as important as the games. Some anthems have reached far beyond the field to offer a true moment of unity (“Cup of Life,” anyone?) As the 2026 games kick off, we surveyed all of the official FIFA songs and anthems (not soundtrack singles) since 1990, and highlighted the most inescapable bops, along with some that may have gotten lost to time. ‘The Time of Our Lives,’ Il Divo feat. Toni Braxton (2006)

For the 2006 tournament, held in Germany, European classical group Il Divo and R&B icon Toni Braxton leaned into their strengths as musicians with a ballad-like entry into World Cup anthems, switching up the format of hype-up tracks. Against the swell of an orchestra, their voices unite to sing about the “glory and the pain” of making it to the big game.
