Khloé Kardashian does not have fond memories of attending Coachella. On the latest episode of her podcast, Khloé in Wonder Land, the reality TV revealed why she hasn’t been to the California music festival in over a decade.

In the episode, Kardashian responded to a fan question asking, “Have you ever been to Coachella?” Kardashian confirmed that she has “gone once.”

“It was many moons ago,” she recalled. “I feel like 2016 or something like that. It wasn’t the best experience. I got drugged without me knowing, but I think everyone knew. There was this juice at this party we were at. I don’t think anyone drugged me. I just think I was the dumb one and didn’t realize everyone was on drugs.”

She added, “I remember drinking this drink and just feeling really crazy. No one wants to feel like that and not know why they’re like that. I remember locking myself in a bathroom for hours. And I just didn’t realize what was happening until after it happened, that I was on drugs and everyone was yelling at me because I wouldn’t get out of the bathroom. But I got scared. I was in my head. I was so scared. So my experience was not good.”

Although Kardashian has not returned to the festival, her sisters Kendall and Kylie Jenner attended this year to watch Justin Bieber‘s headlining performance.

Elsewhere on the podcast, Kardashian reflected on being arrested in 2007 for a DUI. A fan wrote in asking if it was true that Kardashian’s friend Malika Haqq did her hair for her mugshot. She explained that “the first time I got arrested when I had my DUI that was obviously really scary.” She added, “I didn’t know I was going to go to jail because it was my very first offense.”

Because she was arrested over the weekend, she had to stay there until Monday. “I was in a holding cell with 23 other women who were all prostitutes besides me,” Kardashian noted. “But, I was in a very short dress, so I looked questionable, I imagine.”

So in 2018, when she had to serve a 30-day sentence for violating the terms of her probation, Haqq did do her hair. “For that mugshot, Malika did do my hair,” Kardashian confirmed. “She did a good job.”

Ted Turner, the media mogul and philanthropist behind the cable channels CNN, TBS, TNT, Turner Classic Movies, and the WCW who also courted controversy, died at his home near Tallahassee, Florida on Wednesday, according to The New York Times. A cause of death is not yet public, though Turner was diagnosed with Lewy body dementia in 2018; he recovered from a mild case of pneumonia in 2025, according to CNN. He was 87.

Turner’s vision of a 24-hour news station revolutionized both news and TV when he launched the Cable News Network in 1980, foreshadowing the internet’s immersive news environments. “I worked until 7 o’clock, and when I got home the news was over,” Turner once said, per CNN. “So I missed television news completely. And I figured there were lots of people like me.”

Anthony Bourdain’s Early Days in the Kitchen Comes to Life in ‘Tony’ Biopic Trailer

Anthony Bourdain‘s 2000 memoir, Kitchen Confidential, turned him from a nobody chef into a superstar authority figure, thanks to his sardonic witticisms, the insider-y way he let readers in on culinary secrets (like how all restaurants reuse uneaten table bread), and his own struggles with addiction. Now those stories and more will serve as the basis for Tony, a biopic starring Dominic Sessa (The Holdovers, Now You See Me: Now You Don’t) as Bourdain, due in August.

A trailer for the film shows Bourdain’s transformation from a recalcitrant writer-turned-kitchen hand, insisting to his coworkers that he can cook and write, into a chef with a vision. “We’re gonna start with this as a special,” Bourdain tells the head chef (Antonio Banderas) in one scene. “Every Friday, something fancy but not pretentious, something sexy, makes you wanna fuck, you know, something only you can do.” The head chef’s knowing smile says everything about Bourdain’s promise. In another scene, Bourdain says, “If anybody asks, I’m not a writer. I work in a kitchen.” But it’s obvious that’s not the whole story.

Rob and Michele Reiner Autopsies Remain Incomplete as Son Appears in Court

Nick Reiner appeared in court Wednesday as prosecutors revealed that the final autopsy reports for his slain parents Rob and Michele Reiner were not yet complete.

The son, accused of fatally stabbing his filmmaker dad and photographer-philanthropist mom, sat at a defense table wearing a bright yellow jail shirt, blue pants, a waist shackle, and a closely cropped beard. He blinked repeatedly but appeared to follow the proceeding and waive an immediate preliminary hearing. The judge set a follow-up hearing for Sept. 15.
