Bud Light x Rolling Stone Canada VIP Stampede Experience Giveaway – Official Rules & Regulations

1. Giveaway Overview

The Bud Light x Rolling Stone Canada VIP Stampede Experience Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Labatt Breweries of Canada Limited ("Sponsor") and administered by Rolling Stone Canada ("Administrator").

Labatt Brewing Company Limited, as Sponsor and licensee holder of the Bud Light brand in Canada, its parent(s), direct and indirect subsidiaries, affiliates, owners, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees shall have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with the administration of this promotion. Sponsor has not offered this promotion in any way. All inquiries regarding the Giveaway should be directed to the Administrator.

The Giveaway provides eligible participants with a chance to win one (1) pair of VIP tickets to a Calgary Stampede event experience (the "Prize").

2. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins at 12:00:01 a.m. MT on [JUNE 25TH 2026] and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. MT on [JULY 1ST 2026] (the "Giveaway Period").

3. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of Alberta who:

●Are nineteen (19) years of age or older at the time of entry;

●Have reached the legal drinking age in their province of residence;

●Are not employees, representatives, agents, or immediate family members of the Sponsor, Administrator, their affiliates, agencies, distributors, or promotional partners.

Void where prohibited by law.

4. How to Enter

No purchase necessary.

During the Giveaway Period, eligible participants must:

1.Follow @budlightca on Instagram;

2.Follow @rollingstoneca on Instagram;

3.Like the official Giveaway post;

4.Comment on the Giveaway post, tagging one (1) friend they would bring to the Calgary Stampede; and

5.Share the Giveaway post to their Instagram Story and tag @budlightca and @rollingstoneca.

Upon completion of the above steps, the participant will receive one (1) eligible entry into the Giveaway.

Entrants must maintain public profiles at the time of winner selection or otherwise be able to provide proof of entry upon request.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple comments may be permitted and count as additional entries, provided each comment tags a different individual and complies with these Official Rules.

Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, generated by automated means, or otherwise not in accordance with these Official Rules may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

●One (1) pair of VIP tickets (x2 tickets total) to a Calgary Stampede event experience selected by the Sponsor;

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $200 CAD.

The Prize must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize with one of equal or greater value.

Travel, transportation, accommodations, meals, gratuities, and all other expenses not specifically stated are the sole responsibility of the winner and guest.

6. Winner Selection

A random draw will be conducted on or about [JULY 1ST 2026] from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

The selected entrant will be contacted using the information provided at the time of entry and, as a condition of being declared the winner, may be required to execute and return a declaration of eligibility, liability release, publicity release (where permitted by law), and/or any other documentation reasonably required by the Sponsor within the timeframe specified.

If the selected entrant:

●Cannot be contacted within forty-eight (48) hours;

●Fails to complete required documentation;

●Is found ineligible; or

●Does not comply with these Official Rules,

the entrant may be disqualified and an alternate entrant may be selected.

7. Skill-Testing Question

As required by Canadian law, before being declared a winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by the Sponsor or Administrator.

8. Privacy

Personal information collected for this Giveaway will be used solely for the administration of the Giveaway and in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the privacy policies of the Sponsor and Administrator.

9. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, which are final and binding.

By entering this Giveaway, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and the Administrator from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with, either directly or indirectly, 1) the awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any prize (or a portion thereof) awarded herein; or 2) participation in the Giveaway.

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway at any time should any circumstance arise that compromises the integrity or proper administration of the Giveaway.

The Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, delayed, or technically corrupted entries or communications.

This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws.
