The actor came close to confirming the long-rumored nuptials in a new interview, without actually saying anything substantive

At long last, verifiable statements about Tom Holland and Zendaya’s long-rumored wedding have finally emerged, and this time straight from one of the two parties involved. Yes, we can finally confirm that the couple did get married recently… probably. We think.

The nuptials have been the subject of much speculation since Zendaya was seen at the 2025 Golden Globes wearing what looked like an engagement ring. Then, in March, Zendaya’s longtime stylist, Law Roach, claimed that the wedding had “already happened” during a red carpet interview.

But there’s still been no direct confirmation from Holland and Zendaya. During a recent appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live, Zendaya managed to debunk some viral, AI-generated photos depicting their wedding, while still managing to pull off the ol’ “we can neither confirm nor deny” when it came to the actual alleged event.

Now, in a new interview with Esquire, Holland inched ever so slightly closer towards that elusive official confirmation while, impressively, still maintaining plenty of ambiguity. When discussing those same AI images, Holland said they fooled his grandmother, who worried she hadn’t been invited. The actor was then asked if he had to reassure any other people who may have felt they’d been snubbed. After a reported six-second pause, Holland said, “No, because they were all there.”

Faced then with reporter Henry Wong’s innocent statement that he hadn’t realized the wedding had happened, Holland promptly shut down the line of questioning. “That’s all you’ll get on that,” he said.

Despite curtailing any further questions about a wedding that we must still, alas, describe as “alleged,” Holland showed some more candor when discussing how the two famous actors ground each other in their relationship.

“Our business can present very stressful situations, and it’s really nice to have a bedrock of a relationship that will stand the test of time,” he said. “We can support each other in ways that only we can, because only we understand really what it’s like to live this life, and I think that is such a luxury, because I just don’t understand how I would be able to have anything like that with anyone else.

Holland and Zendaya are starring in two movies together this summer. They’ll both appear in Christopher Nolan’s The Odyssey, with Holland playing Odysseus’ son Telemachus, and Zendaya playing the goddess Athena. And then they’ll reprise their roles as Peter Parker/Spider-Man and MJ, respectively, in Spider-Man: Brand New Day.

Justin Baldoni to Pay Blake Lively’s Legal Fees in Final ‘It Ends With Us’ Ruling

A judge has ordered Justin Baldoni to pay Blake Lively‘s legal fees, though she is not entitled to extra damages related to the dismissal of his $400 million defamation suit against his former It Ends With Us co-star.

The dispute over damages and fees emerged alongside news that Lively and Baldoni had settled their contentious legal battle in early May, just before the case was set to go to trial. While the primary suit was settled with no monetary compensation for either side, Lively’s lawyers preserved their motion to pursue damages and fees related to the dismissal of Baldoni’s suit. They did so under California’s Weaponized Defamation Lawsuits Act, which was designed to protect accusers by imposing mandatory penalties against plaintiffs who filed unsuccessful defamation suits in response to misconduct complaints.

Frankie Grande Says Celine Dion ‘Peed’ Herself After Ariana’s TV Impression

It’s no secret Ariana Grande is very good at impressions. She has famously impersonated numerous fellow singers, including Britney Spears and Celine Dion, during appearances on shows like Saturday Night Live and The Tonight Show. Her impression of Dion is so good, in fact, that the pop diva apparently laughed so hard at it that she “peed.”

Ariana’s brother Frankie Grande stopped by The Tonight Show last night to discuss his Broadway career and the Tonys, but also recounted meeting Dion right after his sister had mimicked her singing on The Tonight Show.

They could be the “Anal O.G. Dogs” or they could be the “Analog Dogs,” but either way doesn’t matter since these teens got the improbable opportunity to open for Green Day on New Year’s Eve based on a demo tape. That’s the gist of the trailer for Nimrods: A Green Day Comedy, a road-trip movie in which not everything goes smoothly. It opens Aug. 14. Filmmaker Lee Kirk, who wrote and directed the picture, based the story on Green Day’s salad days when they toured in a van before Dookie made them world famous.

“It’s about the experience that Green Day had on the road in the early days of more of a DIY spirit,” Armstrong told The Hollywood Reporter last September when the film premiered with the title New Years Rev at the Tribeca Film Festival. “We played anywhere and everywhere, and a lot of shows would get shut down because the cops would come. But there’s also the mud fight that happened at Woodstock. Lee did a great job of incorporating all of those elements that we’ve had in the past.”

The floodgates are about to open on Mark Zuckerberg in the first trailer for Aaron Sorkin‘s The Social Reckoning. “These guys are counting on the next round of congressional testimony to make you likable, Mark,” a character named Charlie (Bill Burr) tells the Facebook founder, portrayed by a particularly chilling Jeremy Strong. “I’m happy to lend a hand, but I think you’re doomed.”
